Guests staying in villas with social memberships must register for houseguest cards to access the facilities. For golf, guests residing in the villa can only tee off between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM daily, and the Visitor Golfer green fee will apply.
A Security Damage Fee of USD 3000 will be applied to all bookings, covering damages up to USD 3000 during your stay. Some properties may also require an additional refundable damage deposit, which will be held against your form of payment.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by season and are strictly enforced.
Summer Season
Reservations canceled thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund of the deposit, less any non-refundable fees.
Winter Season
Reservations canceled sixty-one (61) days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund of the deposit, less any non-refundable fees.
Peak and Premium Seasons (including December 15 – January 7)
All payments are strictly non-refundable, including deposits, final payments, and any additional amounts paid. No refunds will be issued for reservations during Peak or Premium seasons.
