Shopping, banking, the newly constructed Speightstown pier, and fantastic restaurants and beach bars are all within walking distance or a 5 minute drive from Villa Francoise.

  • The main bus stops (like Sutherland Road or Rock Hall Road) are short walks from Villa Francoise.

  • Taxis and ride apps are also available for more flexible travel.

Most visitors find renting a car the easiest way to explore the island, especially for beaches and attractions beyond Saint Lucy.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by season and are strictly enforced.

Summer Season
Reservations canceled thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund of the deposit, less any non-refundable fees.

Winter Season
Reservations canceled sixty-one (61) days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund of the deposit, less any non-refundable fees.

Peak and Premium Seasons (including December 15 – January 7)
All payments are strictly non-refundable, including deposits, final payments, and any additional amounts paid. No refunds will be issued for reservations during Peak or Premium seasons.



Payment Terms (All Seasons)
• Credit card processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Any final payment, or payment made toward the outstanding balance, becomes non-refundable after the final payment due date, regardless of season.



Force Majeure / Travel Disruptions

In the event of circumstances beyond the guest’s control — including but not limited to acts of God, hurricanes, severe weather events, natural disasters, governmental actions, airline interruptions, or other force majeure events — refunds are not guaranteed.

At the sole discretion of management/host, payments may be applied as a credit toward a future stay, subject to availability, applicable terms, and prevailing rates. All determinations are final.

Registered Guests Only: Only the number of guests confirmed at booking may stay overnight. No unregistered overnight guests without prior approval.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted without written approval.
Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m.
Smoking: No smoking inside the villa. Outdoor smoking only where permitted. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional charges.
Illegal Activity: Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited, including the use or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances. Guests must comply with all local laws. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property and furnishings in good condition. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Prohibited Items: No crayons, paints, markers, slime, or items that may stain or damage furnishings.
Linens & Towels: Towels and linens are for indoor use only and may not be removed from the property.
Energy Use: Turn off air-conditioning, lights, and fans when not in use. Keep doors and windows closed when AC is operating.
Parking (If Applicable): Parking is limited to designated areas only.

Pool / Water Features (If Applicable): No lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk. Diving is prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass in or around the pool area.
